CEROC is a
great way to keep fit, socialise and enjoy a complete night out.
CEROC is a blend of Jive and Salsa moves and its the fastest growing partner dance in the U.K. Yet, it's not a new craze - the dance dates back to the last World War. American GI's swarmed over to France, seducing the local girls with nylons, sex, gum and rock & roll. The French took to the dance enthusiastically (they quite liked the gum too!). And many years later the dance was imported into England where we developed it further. More than 320,000 people attended a CEROC night last year. With over 80 locations in the U.K., there's no hiding. All CEROC nights start with a 45 minute beginners class followed by a short freestyle session, where you can practice the routine. We then have the more challenging intermediate class for 30 minutes, leaving a whole 90 minutes for freestyle. This is pure uninterrupted dance where you can improve your CEROC style and soak up the atmosphere ............It's addictive.
